Not getting any intraday data

Hi I went on holiday so my account lapsed. On return I ve paid the fees and tried to return to the charts I had before I left. I cant seem to get live data. I ll attach my message log for viewing.

We apologize for the delay here.

You also activated two different data feeds which is unnecessary (Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali exchange data feed). Please avoid doing that because it creates more burden for us to resolve, and it creates exchange fee liabilities.

We want you to update to the current version of Sierra Chart:

You may not need to update but before or after the update, you should be receiving the real-time CME data. If not, then follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
