For some reason my volume on all my charts has fallen off significantly after 7-25-09 even though the real daily volume has increased notably. I have also notice my time and sales windows are not showing the typical volume that I should be seeing based on the huge volume day we have been having. I am including a couple of charts that illustrate the issue. I am running the current version of SC. Anything you can do to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Follow the instructions here to re-download the data with lower volume:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)


Also, make sure Sierra Chart is up-to-date because with the new websocket connection, there are some versions, where not all of the data from Transact was getting processed. Refer to:
