Good Morning,

A few days ago on August 5th, Sierra Chart automatically put me into a buy order. I never set this up or requested this order entry. I went back into my trade activity to verify that it was not me who entered the market, and was able to verify that it was not. My trade activity stated that it was a "synchronized internal order." When I enter the market, it reads as a "user order entry." That was not the case for today. I ended up losing money on the trade. Could someone review the screenshot I posted to verify this as well? It shows all the trade activity for that day. Also, I highlighted in blue where the automated order entry was made. Thank you. I appreciate any help.

You need to determine the source of that order. Refer to:
Trade Activity Log Analysis: Determining the Origin of a New/Modified Order

And Sierra Chart does not automatically submit orders unless you have set something automated related to that.

My trade activity stated that it was a "synchronized internal order."
This relates only to a Position. Not for order entry. And also the exact text is different. And it would say "Synchronized Internal Position quantity to current Service Position quantity. New Internal Position quantity: #"

Update: We looked at your screenshot. That order was never submitted from Sierra Chart. You need to contact your broker. There is no record in the Trade Activity Log of that order. When Sierra Chart connected to CQG, the position quantity was set to 1.

Another explanation is that before you disconnected from CQG, the actual reported position quantity was wrong and off by 1 and then when you reconnected the true position then began to be showed. We have seen instances of this before with CQG.
