Good Morning, A few days ago on August 5th, Sierra Chart automatically put me into a buy order. I never set this up or requested this order entry. I went back into my trade activity to verify that it was not me who entered the market, and was able to verify that it was not. My trade activity stated that it was a "synchronized internal order." When I enter the market, it reads as a "user order entry." That was not the case for today. I ended up losing money on the trade. Could someone review the screenshot I posted to verify this as well? It shows all the trade activity for that day. Also, I highlighted in blue where the automated order entry was made. Thank you. I appreciate any help.
