Hello,

My clearing firm have enabled me to trade CME futures options. When I select an instrument e.g. F.US.EPU19 in the Find Symbol box and click "Get Options" nothing happens. Expected would be a window with a list of option contracts to select from.

I see the following in the log:
CQG WebAPI | Sent symbols for underlying request to server. Underlying: F.US.EP | 2019-08-08 05:25:58.211
CQG WebAPI | Security Definition request has been rejected. Reason: Request for underlying symbols failed. Check server log. ID = 100000009 | 2019-08-08 05:25:58.212

I do not know where to find the "server log" this message refers to, or how to investigate this further. I am running the latest build of Sirra.

Thanks.

One thing is that it looks as though you may be doing this from a sub instance of Sierra Chart. That may not be supported with CQG and we will not spend any time on that.

But there are no problems with getting CQG option symbols from the main instance of Sierra Chart connected to CQG. We did verify that earlier today.
