Monday Aug 5 is not on my daily chart

Hello,

I have deleted and downloaded data for this chart multiple times but yesterday is not showing on my daily chart. Please advise what I need to do so that all data displays.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Right click in the chart before the missing data and select "Delete and Download Data".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We see no problem with the historical data download, and we see August 5 for CLU19. Is it still missing from the chart?

If so, then check this setting:
Chart Settings: Set Dates To Exclude (Button) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu)

Yes, in fact now Mon Aug 5 and Tues Aug 6 are both missing. Below is a new Message Log from a minute ago, along with a screenshot.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I have not excluded any dates in my settings, and I did check Chart Settings to confirm nothing was set for that.

This is just a daily chart. Thankfully the intraday charts are okay. And just CL. My ES daily chart is okay too.
Never happened before. Not sure what changed.

This is not making sense. We cannot reproduce this even when using Rithmic and we can see here that the very last day of 2019-08-07 is being returned:

So it does not make sense there would be missing data before that. Follow the procedure again in post #2. We cannot think of anything else at this point in time.


One additional thing to do is to use this command to open up the actual file and see if the data is missing from there:
