Problem with CTS T4 connection and sierra chart sub instances

Hello I opened a demo account with CTS T4 and it works normally on my main sierra chart instance. Now I want to open a separate chartbook that contains instruments of the CTS datafeed in a sub instance of Sierra Chart but it doesn't work. I go to the general settings of the original SC client, and I choose to run 2 instances on startup. However when the 2nd instance opens up and I try to find instruments of the CTS T4 feed I cannot find them. It seems that it has only the SC data - all services (cfd fx, btc etc). How can I solve this? Thanks |

In the second instance of Sierra Chart follow the instructions here to update the symbol settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings And then check the symbols in File >> Find Symbol after that is complete. I found them but the prices are not updated in real time compared to the original SC instance. There is at least 20min delay and the trading doms are empty. What is the problem? Does it have to do with the fact that the account of the datafeed is demo? Thanks |

In the sub instance of Sierra, I used the instrument ESU19 because even through I updated the symbol settings I could not see the same instrument names like the ones found in the main instance of Sierra (CTS). I can clearly see that the main instance is set to use CTS and loads CTS data but the sub instance loads the SC Data - All Services. I will provide a message log of the main instance below: |

We cannot reproduce any problem like this in testing. The only thing we can think of is that at the time the sub instance was connected to the main instance the main instance was not set to use CTS. However, when connecting to CTS in the main instance, in that case the sub instance would be disconnected and would reconnect.
