Issue with opening charts (Tickers: ARO, FIVE)

SC is opening charts (5 min - intraday) that are not properly matched with the stock ticker in IB TWS. Example:

FIVE (Five Below) ticker is OK in TWS but shows up as "x5 Retail Group NV" (not the chart for Five Below)
ARO (Aeropostale) ticker is OK in TWS but shows up as "Arricano Real Estate" (not the chart for Aeropostale)

Please advise.

You need to use more specific symbol specification which includes the exchange and currency:

I have had the same issue and still has not been able to get the charts. I have reported this in this thread http://www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php?ThreadID=3018, and tried all symbol format as mentioned in that instruction link with no success. Sierra Chart has not been any help on this. The instructions on the link does not seem to work on FIVE stock ticker symbol.

And you say that Sierra Chart has not been any help on this, but the primary responsibility for this is with Interactive Brokers. Your issue is with Interactive Brokers. Not us. We have 0% ability to resolve a problem on the Interactive Brokers side and this is what you are experiencing.

You are connecting to their system and specifying symbols that are transmitted to their system. So you need to seek help from them. The documented Sierra Chart Interactive Brokers symbol formats allow you to express all of the various components of an Interactive Broker symbol specification. You must contact Interactive Brokers at API@interactivebrokers.com if you need further help.

So once again, you need to report the issue to Interactive Brokers. Not us.
