I have had the same issue and still has not been able to get the charts. I have reported this in this thread What is the correct stock symbol to use on Sierrachart for FIVE? and tried all symbol format as mentioned in that instruction link with no success. Sierra Chart has not been any help on this. The instructions on the link does not seem to work on FIVE stock ticker symbol.
