Daily PL shows negative each morning on Sierra Charts On Desktop

Hi,

My DPL is showing negative 30-45 points each day even when I am flat for over 24hrs. When I start trading and make +50PL points on the day DPL box below does not change or go positive it still shows red - 43.75P. When I log onto Sierra on my Laptop it does not show negative it shows flat each morning. Please help?

I followed everything on the page for P&L . It is still not working. I installed Sierra on my desktop and it started to show the negative PL . It is not an issue on my Sierra installed on Laptop with same inputs. This must be a issue with the new version that I just installed over the weekend.

Follow these more simplified instructions:

If you do not understand the instructions, then please move over to this service instead of CQG:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

That service provides accurate trade statistics and complete order fills. This is not achievable with CQG.

As a matter of policy we just simply do not provide any further help with this. And no, there is not a problem with the new version. If you want to solve the problem do not use CQG and use our new order routing service.
