Hi I have purchased IQ Feed and it is activated but it is not Real Time. What do I need to purchase to have realtime data reflect on my charts?

In regards to IQ Feed you need to contact IQ Feed about this. Hi I have real time data with IQFeed already however real time data is not reflecting in my charts with Sierra. What is the solution so my charts show real time data?

There is nothing you need to do in Sierra Chart in regards to this and this is not within our control. Can you please tell us why you are using IQ Feed? We recommend using our own data feeds which we can support much much better: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Denali Exchange Data Feed They are better and cost less. Although there could be a problem where the chart is not scrolled to the end or the session times are filtering out the data.
