I am trying to run my charts at a dialysis center. I can get on the internet through their Wi-Fi. When I try to download my charts, I get a screen that says "Could not connect to server." I think they have some kind of block on their computer. Do you have some idea what it might be. What should I tell them to unblock so I can download my charts.

I cannot log in. I get a screen that says,"Failed to connect to server". I'll try to send the Message log later today.

If you are able to get to the Message Log, then this means you have successfully logged into Sierra Chart and if you need help connecting to the TransAct data and trading server you will need to contact TransAct support about this.

Once you are able to get the successful connection then go to the TFZ3 chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
