I am trying to run my charts at a dialysis center. I can get on the internet through their Wi-Fi. When I try to download my charts, I get a screen that says "Could not connect to server." I think they have some kind of block on their computer. Do you have some idea what it might be. What should I tell them to unblock so I can download my charts. T Ellerbee
