I am looking at a chart book for 30 minute charts EURUSD, GBPJPY, GBPUSD, USDCHF, USDJPY and AUDCAD.
The time at the top of each chart on GreenChart is between 10 and 13 seconds delayed when compared to the MT4 Coinexx charts.

Therefore this does not make sense unless your Internet connection is very poor causing a severe lag but that would be exceptionally unlikely.

I have sent the log through the "send for analysis". The TR on the top of each chart is different than the actual time therefore the charts don't update in time to make trades fast enough.

You cannot make that type of comparison. The Time Remaining is only going to update when there is a bid/ask update for the currency pair. And there is not always going to be continuous updates.

I am having the same issue, a constantly 13second of delay, everything working fine two weeks ago, I wasnt turning on pc for 2 weeks, and yesterday when I turn my SC on, I saw a constantly delayed 13 seconds of data and tried every method couldn't help at all, I have seen the quote board's last time update is having constantly of 13sec delay as well, but I didnt touch anything. I have tried install a new sierrachart software as well, but didnt help as well, no wonder I connect to Denali data feed or Rithmic data feed, the system is constantly delaying 13seconds.
