I am attempting to delete all my personalized Study Collection files from the database following the instructions located at: Study Collections: Delete a Study Collection

When I complete the deletion process the Study Collection Files remain when platform is restarted? What if anything am I doing wrong?

You have a number of files set to download, but we see that you have disabled the automatic download on this page:

So you should not have a problem. But, did you have that option disabled prior deleting the files and restarting Sierra Chart?

YES... it has always been set to Disable
