Hi,

The daily charts, such as $SPX, $NASX, $TNX, etc. which rely on SC Data has not updated since Monday, June 10. Also, the continuous futures daily charts, such as #ES and #CL have not updated on my softwared since February 5. If you could let me know I could solve this problem, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Let's just check one of these symbols.

Go to the $SPX chart and follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

The symbols ES# and CL# are no longer supported, you need to use the Continuous Futures Contract chart feature instead:

Regarding the premium symbols, to get all of the data which may be missing, you will want to re-download the data in the chart following these instructions:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
