I use indu-ind-globex to get a dow or indu chart. The data comes in for the daily chart for the end of the previous day BUT the chart doesn't update real time. I can't get any data for a 30 minute chart. I've called Interactive Brokers and they say it should work with this symbol setting. Can you please let me know what symbol other users use that have Interactive Brokers for their data? Not to have an active INDU chart has rally been impacting my trading. If you think I need to pay for the support assistance I'm willing to do that as I just need to get this figured out. You do a great job with the charts and I enjoyng using them with all their many features. Do you have tutorials available for teaching on how to set up charts? That is the correct symbol.
