Cqg + SC data , No premium to cash/indices

i am using cqg amp and signed for SC data, CME plus S&p indices, if im connected to cqg and SC data, im not able to get data for indices and premium ("symbol is unknown"). If i turn off cqg im getting the data. Whats the problem here? thanks

Let's just take this one symbol at a time. You should be getting real-time data at this time for ESM19-$INX. Please confirm. The log does not indicate any problem. Symbol Error - ESM19-$INX is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Requested symbol was not found. | 2019-06-03 Im still getting "symbol is unknown", was using just sierra chart data without cqg, worked fine. |

That message can be safely ignored. It will clear from the chart after about 30 seconds. As long as that chart is updating in real time, this is what counts.
