Cqg + SC data , No premium to cash/indices

i am using cqg amp and signed for SC data, CME plus S&p indices, if im connected to cqg and SC data, im not able to get data for indices and premium ("symbol is unknown"). If i turn off cqg im getting the data. Whats the problem here? thanks

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Let's just take this one symbol at a time. You should be getting real-time data at this time for ESM19-$INX. Please confirm.

Im still getting "symbol is unknown", was using just sierra chart data without cqg, worked fine.

That message can be safely ignored. It will clear from the chart after about 30 seconds. As long as that chart is updating in real time, this is what counts.

That error relates to the security definition data for the symbol not being known by CQG.
