With Shift Scrolls Vertical Scale problem/bug

Hi support The following setting doesn't appear to be working: General Settings -> Scroll Wheel Scrolls Chart. With "Shift" Scrolls Vertical Scale Pressing shift has no effect when this setting is on. The other options all seem to work fine. Can you please have a look and confirm? Would be great to have this working. Thanks (reposted with fixed title) |

This is definitely functional in the latest prerelease. It might not be in the version you are running.

Hi, I have this problem too. The Shift and scroll wheel is not working. Strange thing is when I use a Apple Mouse the shift-scroll is working. I am on the latest version (1928) and use Parallels with Windows 10 Pro. I also tried the prerelease (1933) and also that version does not work Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-06-13 19:37:52

Scroll Wheel Scrolls Chart. With "shift" Changes spacing. If I use the touch pad it also works. I tried two seperate USB connected mouses and only there the problem exist. Thanks for your help so far. |

If your scroll wheel does not perform any function according to that setting we do not see how we can help with this because the events are just not being received by Sierra Chart.
