Hi, I'm connected through my FCM, Iron Beam. I also have a plugin from Inteligex. I can't seem to get live data and the automated trades are not executing.

Can you check my Sierra Chart account to see if I am able to have LIVE data? I think I might have been on a trial membership but I thought my brokerage account would have changed my membership to a live account given what I'm paying them.

The issue does not relate to your Sierra Chart account. That Message Log does not show that you have opened any charts.

Open a chart through File >> Find Symbol and if you still have a problem provide the Message Log again. But first you really need to ask your broker to make sure your Rithmic account is authorized for the exchanges that you need.

I got the real time data to work on my account and SC is processing simulated trades, but it doesn't appear to be processing my live automated trades. I'm attaching a word file with screen shots of my SC. The automated program I have executed some trades. The one where it was in the Sim-On mode seem to have been logged. However, when I turned off Sim Mode, ie made it Live trading, it register the Live trades on the Trades and Positions view, but not in the log. All of this in the attached file. What is wrong and what I do need to do?

I think I know what might be the problem. My available funds is not correct. I have no positions in my account, but for some reason I do not have funds available for open positions. I've reattached the previous file with the addition of the balance snippet at the end.

The reason you do not see any activity in the Trade Activity Log is because you have selected the Simulated All Symbols option at the top. You need to choose a particular non-simulated symbol:

I keep getting this message that my account is finished on May 31 as my trial period is over with. I had set up a trial before I had more brokerage account linked up with Sierra Charts. Should I disregard this message as I should have SC membership through my brokerage account.
