The issue does not relate to your Sierra Chart account. That Message Log does not show that you have opened any charts.

Open a chart through File >> Find Symbol and if you still have a problem provide the Message Log again. But first you really need to ask your broker to make sure your Rithmic account is authorized for the exchanges that you need.
