Dear Sierra Chart,
I noticed that my time stamp was off by 5 seconds this morning. So when the clock on the chart and header said 7:00am, the 1min bar continued for another 5 seconds before it ended. This affected a trade. So I looked at the help website to figure it out and referenced 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method). When I reset my clock using "Time Stamp to Local Computer Clock" and then "re-downloaded" the data, my entire chartbook was erased as were the program specific tool bar settings and chart settings. Am I screwed? to I no have to reinvent the wheel and recreate all my charts?

When I open the program, i get an error message "There has been a configuration file checksum error"

Is there a way to permanently save my "Global Graphics" settings? Every time there is some catastrophic reset of the program, all of my "Global Graphics" settings are permanently erased forcing me to reconfigure the chart settings and toolbar back to how I have it originally set up. The chartbook saves, but not the settings. Also, now that I have had a catistriphic reset of the program, it will not download the history between 5/22 and 5/3???? What happened?

Last question
I have a time clock on my chart. But it is located to the far left of the chart, is there a way to relocate to the right side of the chart where the most current time bar and price is located?

This is not even technically possible. It is not possible for either of these things to affect the global configuration or a Chartbook.

There are backups available, refer to:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File
Resetting Sierra Chart to a Default State / Restoring Backup Global Configuration File: Restoring Backup Global Configuration File

Every time there is some catastrophic reset of the program,
You have got something seriously wrong with your system if you are having this problem from time to time.

For the record, no one ever reports anything like you have encountered.

We recommend that you replace your storage drive or run a check of it and correct any errors. Something is seriously wrong. This is the first thing you are going to need to do. As we said something is very wrong on your system to encounter what you have.

To download missing data, refer to:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

Here is the documentation for the clock study:
Clock - RealTime

It can be moved around the chart just simply by left clicking on it twice and moving it to where you want.

We just want to reiterate, something is definitely not right on your storage system when you are getting a checksum error and these other problems as well. That is something that you must check and address.
