Another Friday and another morning of my data continually kicking in and out. I have a funded account(s) Dorman - Cunningham and use CTS SIM to power my Sierra platform. it seems every friday the data kicks in and out and now frozen.

What (if anything) can be done about this? I have talked to my clearing firms they say its a Sierra issue, CTS will only look at live data issues forst before they look at the SIM so there is always a delay?

I cant trade because the SIM runs the charts....

Please look at these alternatives:

For the data feed:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

For trading:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

For simulated trading:
Simulated Futures Trading Service

You can use this simulated trading service since you have a funded account. This is vastly superior to anything offered by CTS or Rithmic.

You can also use the Sierra Chart order routing service and just enable Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode for simulated trading.

We cannot help you with CTS. We have developed the proper solution to our customer base and these other methods of trading are getting phased out. Dorman fully supports our new TT based order routing.

We are also going to be coming out with new service packages which bundle the data feed which will include CME and later EUREX data.

To be abundantly clear, we are not going to handle any more CTS problems. Please look at migrating away from CTS.
