I reviewed you help information on connecting to data feed and still can't get it to connect. I've used SC for a long time with a Rithmic feed. I just opened an account with Tradovant using a CQG feed. I can log in to my Tradovant platform and trade just fine. I want to use SC however for charting and trading. So, I followed your instructions and copied and pasted the log here. Also, this is the last thing Tradovant support told me to do. "Does Sierra have support who can help us? This is what CQG said: I only see one failed attempt at logging into CQG Desktop (rejected for missing the private label). I don’t see any failed attempts for Sierra so it seems like it is not reaching us. To correct them, refer to: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service This is unrelated at this time, but we have heard from Tradeovate, that they are going to be discontinuing support for direct CQG connections for their brokerage which means you will not be able to use Sierra Chart with them at some point in the future.
