Good day,

I did not use my chart yesterday, 28March2019 and when I went to start the platform I
observed that there was an error message concerning TransAct, however I paid for my
chart data and tend to keep it separate from the brokerage end. I am currently "DEMOing"
the Infinity AT DOM, so I do not see how my data package with Sierra would be affected.

The error message I receive on my Sierra Chart is:
Connection error message from service. TransAct Trading|Logon error received from server.
Device Blocked by Transact|Date-Time 2019-03-29

When I spoke to Infinity AT (DOM owner) he said something about multiple users on my account.
I indicated that I was the only user. He inquired why I did not purchase data from their company
and I indicated I like to keep my data separate, in the event of failure on one of the systems ends.

And though I am receiving an error message on the Infinity AT DOM [it reads as follows: Sorry message
posts quickly and then disappears quickly] it appears that the data is being communicated to the DOM???

MY INQUIRY: I PAY SIERRA SEPARATE FROM ANY BROKERAGE, SO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY MY CHART IS NOT CURRENT.
Please note that I am not "screaming" at you I simply bolded my concern so it stands out. :-)

So, how do I reload my charts and bring them current?
Any assistance would be appreciated and thanks in advance!

What we want you to do is set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Data-All Services".

After that make sure the charts are set to use the correct symbols:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails1.php#Symbols

For example in the case of futures contracts, the year part is two digits.

Now, the charts are not going to update in real time. Did you require real-time futures data?
