URGENT - Problem with chart displaying

Hello, yesterday (17/03/2019) in the afternoon I started having an issue with chart displaying. It's completely flat and it doesn't work when I try to fix it in the scale settings, scale move, scale range, etc... When I move the chart backwards before 17/03 the chart displaying perfectly. Can you help me fix this problem? What should I do? You can see below the screenshots of the problem Thank you very much. |

When you open a new chart for that symbol, do you still notice a problem with the display of the basic chart bars? If so, follow the instructions in help topic 2.1.2 to re-download since March 15, 2019: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data.
