When you open a new chart for that symbol, do you still notice a problem with the display of the basic chart bars?

If so, follow the instructions in help topic 2.1.2 to re-download since March 15, 2019:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)
