I recently bought an HP Spectre 360 15"laptop which has a 4k screen resolution. what I have found is it will only run sierra charts in 1/4 scale resolution. Is there an adjustment that can be made in the program or a newer download that will allow to run SC in full size resolution? Tech support at HP said there is not an adjustment that can be made on the computer only in the application.

Thanks!

Sierra Chart is going to be running at whatever resolution the monitor is set at and then you can adjust the font sizes and line widths. Refer to Graphics Settings:
Graphics Settings
Graphics Settings: Fonts and Text Appearance (Fonts and Text)

And for studies, refer to:
Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab

And refer to:
General Settings Window: Small Pixel Amount Scaling Factor (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Application GUI)

Hi, I recently changed my size screen from 24'' to 27'' 4k and i've got a resolution problem. some details are now much smaller such as my trade window on my DOM.
I think the link above refer to that but since the last new version, I can't find "general 4" on general settings. Where can i find it now ?

thank you for your support.

We are working on updating the documentation to reflect the new windows. It just takes some time to get everything put together.

The "Small Pixel Amount Scaling Factor" can be found under Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Application GUI, where the Application GUI is the sub-section under the GUI page/tab.

But also as stated above, the first thing to do is to adjust your fonts and widths. Refer to the following:
Graphics Settings
Graphics Settings: Fonts and Text Appearance
