Account connection to Rithmic constantly dropping off

Hello, starting yesterday, my Sierra connection to Rithmic is constantly dropping off.....it is down for about 5 seconds, then reconnects....

I thought, maybe just maybe, it was a wireless card, firmware issue, so I went ahead and hardwired the computer connection....no help....it's doing the same...

Any ideas? Thanks,
