Hi,

I am currently using CQG Integrated Client and my broker Marex Spectron.

I would like the CQG data to feed into Sierrachart via the CQG FIX Trading option.

However, when I input my username and password I receive an error message stating that the "Trader is not enabled to use SierraChart. Contact your FCM.". I have contacted Marex Spectron and they have told me that they have enabled the CQG SierraChart connection mode on their side. CQG have also stated that everything is fine on their side.

Is their anything else that needs to be enabled on Marex or CQG for real time update of SierraCharts?

Why there exists this level of incompetency either on the clearing firm side or on CQG side is totally beyond us.

Go back to them, let them know the error message you are getting and let them solve the problem. This should not be coming back to us. There needs to be proper competency on the side of those people.

Clearly there is not.

It is a joke, we even have to link to this section.

And for the record we also strongly disagree, that Sierra Chart has to be enabled on the CQG side to even connect to CQG.

I have followed up with them and they say everything is enabled on their side. I´ll keep on trying.

Ok we are going to start coming down hard on CQG on this nonsense. They have got it clear out all of these nonsense options.

Our new Teton order routing will be supporting Marex for CME Group sometime soon but that may not be for general use and only specific groups. We are not totally sure about the details yet.

Thank you for your reply regarding Marex / Teton Order Routing. I use Marex on NinjaTrader and really would prefer the connectivity via Sierra Chart.

May I respectfully request a "nudging" to get this accomplished?

I continue to have issues with NinjaTrader/ Marex/ CQG and would really love having connectivity via Sierra Chart as I am a long time user.
