CLJ19 Symbol not found(April19)

Steps to troubleshoot were followed when "Symbol Not Found" for CLJ19:
3.2 - Invalid Symbol or Invalid Data/Trading Service Selected
1.3. Symbols>Update Symbol Settings

Several other symbols do work (NQM19, NQH19, ESH19), but not CLJ19, ClK19, CLM19. No errors in the Message Log.

Please suggest the next step(s). Thank you.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Most likely the issue is related to your TD Ameritrade account balance.
