time line study not showing up on charts

Being with sierra for 10 years. Being trying to add TIME LINE study to chart. I am able to get them to show up on studies but not showing up on charts!! |

The time line indicator does not work or show up on charts. I have attached the chart as well as a jpg of the settings i use. |
