I have activated Real-Time data and accordingly I paid for Market Data while I have a funded Interactive Brokers account but I do not have data streaming Please help.

We tried calling and left a message. We cannot tell what the issue is from this Message Log because there are no charts open so there are no subscriptions for market data. We should have made that clear to open one chart.


However, everything looks correct in this Message Log.

I missed the call. I wish I could have talked to you. I am available tomorrow 9-11:30 Newyork time.
I have subscribed for
I}BATS (NYSE, NASDAQ) for US$4.25 to recieve US stocks and
II}CME (CME, GBLX) for US$5.25 to have US Futures (ES,NQ ...)

For I group, It seems it is working after buying sierra data although it was working with Inter Active brokers TWS port system. I read in IB site that this is not accurate for numbers bar which is the reason I am using sierra. For this group, I indeed need to make sure the data I have can be trusted.

For II group, It is not working.
