Hello, I have updated my Sierra software to 1865 version and don't see M symbol anymore

Based on the Message Log, you should be receiving both historical and real-time data for RTY-201903-GLOBEX-USD . Confirm if this is still not the case.

The data is coming from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed based on the Message Log.

Yes, when disconnected from IB TWS, I can still receive data from Sierra. Just wonder, why is this not confirmed with an "M" symbol by trading symbol? Any idea, why?
Internet signal was very poor today here in my current location and the data was in and out...

Maybe based on how the chart header is configured is why you do not see it. But you should see it on the very top title bar of the chart. We are not referring to the Region Data line but the title bar of the window itself.

We now realize that this is a problem in the current release of Sierra Chart not showing the [M] indicator. This is resolved in prerelease 1867:
