Hi, I did a backup with a new login in SC AND also CQG, but datafeed is not running. Is it possible that SC have to release it?

Open a chart for the symbol that you want and follow the instructions below.
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Reconnect to the data feed:
After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
