Lock text to position on the chart? When I scroll up or down the text moves to new price

I want to text to remain at the price levels where initiated. but when I scroll up and down text loses its position on chart

Assuming that you are using the text tool drawing options, then it sounds like you have used the option for Stationary Text, but you want to use the Type Text Drawing Tool instead. With the Type Text Drawing Tool, the text will keep its position relative to the price and time, whereas the Stationary Text keeps its position relative to the monitor and does not move when the graph is moved.
