When starting sierra up Im getting connection error. I havent changed my password. Ive attempted manual typing in usrnme/pswrd with no luck. Can you help?

Just to confirm, you want to connect Sierra Chart to your CTS account?

If so, enter your CTS login details here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TradingServiceLoginDetails

After about three minutes then select File >> Connect to Data Feed and you should get a connection. If not, let us know the Firm your CTS account is with.

Sierra Charts platform will not start up with the username and password I created 8/23/2018 because of connection error. When I connect to data feed I get this message. Since you mentioned CTS account (Cunningham) being able to trade live through sierra has never worked. CTS says it on your end and Sierra says its on CTS end. I gave up on that along time ago. Today for the first time since having sierra charts icon on my desktop (8/23/2018) when I click on the sierra icon and the charts open up. I have the red box which means not connected to data, I go to file and connect to data and then I get the message connection error.

That error message indicates a problem related to connecting to CTS. So do you have a CTS trading account?
