Several issues some before and some since recent upgrade

Hi, as suggested by your notification, I upgraded my software version last week. I have been experiencing several problems, I believe one is from before the upgrade and the rest since. Before the upgrade, my on screen trade orders tick count does not add up to the value that appears in the trade window leading to confusion about the accuracy of the mapping of my trades. Since the upgrade, I have 3 additional issues. Firstly my data feed is closing and reloading every 10 minutes or so - I will add a section of the log content following this. Secondly there are time stamps at the bottom of my chart which are not in chronological order and it is not possible to place any indicator or references on the chart where those inaccurate time sections occur. Thirdly, my most recent chartbook created (before the upgrade) has no content within it - no charts listed yet there were several prior to the upgrade. An older chartbook has all of its content intact since the upgrade. I made sure I saved all before the upgrade and I can see several Mb of content in the chart book listing but when I try to open it - it is empty. Before the upgrade, my on screen trade orders tick count does not add up to the value that appears in the trade window leading to confusion about the accuracy of the mapping of my trades. We have no idea what an orders tick count is. Secondly there are time stamps at the bottom of my chart which are not in chronological order and it is not possible to place any indicator or references on the chart where those inaccurate time sections occur. Refer to: Out of Order Timestamps Detected Thirdly, my most recent chartbook created (before the upgrade) has no content within it - no charts listed yet there were several prior to the upgrade. An older chartbook has all of its content intact since the upgrade. I made sure I saved all before the upgrade and I can see several Mb of content in the chart book listing but when I try to open it - it is empty. Chartbook may be corrupted. Thank you for your response. Based upon the tone it would appear you have had a difficult time with CQG. I will follow up with my broker AMP and try to identify what options I have through them and try to evaluate how much it will cost me to use the Sierra alternative from the site references. I will review the other references you included regarding the additional issues raised - thank you for those. Regarding the confusing 'order tick count' terminology I used, in the Trade tab when you have 'show order fills' ticked, there are on screen trade range lines and text defining, amongst other things, the ticks gained or lost on each order executed. When you add up the tally of these for a session they do not match the tally as shown in the trade window attached to the chart (the trade window tally is always smaller than the on screen displayed number total). This has happened several times and is not a result of my poor calculations - cannot work out why this is happening. Thanks and regards.
