cant find HKFE under available exchanges?

hi, would like to pay for my first sierrachart service and activate HKFE but can't see it available under exchanges. Does it matter if i'm from Hong Kong? thank you |

Since you are in Hong Kong, this exchange is not available to you. It is only available to a particular trading educator in Hong Kong. Dear Sierra Chart team, Thank you for advice. After tried Interactive Broker, there is a lot of connection errors. Refer CQG, it cost a lot to open a real account. It is not affordable. Kindly help to allow HKFE exchange is open/subscribed to all Hong Kong users as well. Thanks |

In regards to the connection errors we will look at that. I do not like IB because it does not provide: - Market Depth data - Historical BidVolume and AskVolume For workaround, I subscribed your service "Sierra Chart Exchange Date Feed" instead. Please consider to allow Hong Kong users to subscribe HKFE exchange? Thanks |

We see that you have activated the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, but if you cannot use the Hong Kong Futures exchange, which you cannot, then there is no reason to keep that active. @simonkwong What about AMP Futures (https://news.ampfutures.com/hong-kong-exchange-hkex-hang-seng-index-now-available-for-live-trading) I would be surprised if you find AMP's costs too expensive. I live in NZ and have an AMP Futures account, I would assume someone from HK could open an AMP account - no harm in asking them. And yes you can trade these futures via AMP (uses data from CQG) using SC software. |

I will subscribe HKFE if you make it available for Hong Kong user as well.
