Hi I hope you are well. Trying to install SC on my PC (windows 10), using this download: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SoftwareDownload.php#SoftwareDownload After it is downloaded, running it gives an error message: "This app cant run on your pc" (attached). The broker tech support with remote access tried, and they disabled the firewall and antivirus. Yet the same error. Please instruct. Many thanks. |

We do not observe this. Is there anything unusual about your Windows 10 or PC? We have never heard of a report like this. And we tested running Sierra Chart on Windows 10 on a Surface Pro right now. No problem running Sierra Chart. Nothing but more Windows 10 garbage. Microsoft is clearly in a state of deterioration. That is basic fact. Thank you for the help. I tried everything in that link, and it still didn't work. I spent a few hours over the weekend trying to find out what's wrong, because I couldnt even get to install skype! After trying so many things, it finally worked, and unfortunately I don't know what it was exactly. Cheers. |
