Hi I hope you are well. Trying to install SC on my PC (windows 10), using this download: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SoftwareDownload.php#SoftwareDownload After it is downloaded, running it gives an error message: "This app cant run on your pc" (attached). The broker tech support with remote access tried, and they disabled the firewall and antivirus. Yet the same error. Please instruct. Many thanks.
