We do not observe this. Is there anything unusual about your Windows 10 or PC? We have never heard of a report like this. And we tested running Sierra Chart on Windows 10 on a Surface Pro right now. No problem running Sierra Chart. Nothing but more Windows 10 garbage. Microsoft is clearly in a state of deterioration. That is basic fact.
