SierraChart NQ-201812-GLOBEX data not showing completely

Dear Gents,
I would like to ask you for help. I am new into Sierrachart. I have a problem with the intraday data being loaded incompletely in the chart, as seen in the attached screenshot. During replay, numbers bars showing only zeroes some time.

I use Interactive Brokers as trader, I have allowed support for Sierra Chart data feeds. I have service package 5,

I have activated: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts
Market Depth Included:

Could you give me any advice how to get correct graph?

The first step is to re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Hi,
thank you for your reply.

I pressed "Edit / Delete all data and download 2 times, it gives me the same result.

This time, the bars are loaded continuously, but there are no historical numbersbars loaded at all.

We can see based upon that chart image, that you are not connected to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Is Sierra Chart connected to your live Interactive Brokers account?

Hi, thank you for your reply.
Can you tell me, how you can tell whether I am connected to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed?
In attached image, I am sending the Data / trade service settings.
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is clicked,
Chosen service is : Interactive Brokers [trading]

Can you advise me what should I do differently?

We can tell because there is no [M] after the symbol at the top of the chart.

Looks like you are connected to a demo or paper trading account.

No idea - Now it shows the [m] as seen in attached image.
Unluckilly, NQ-2018-12-GLOBEX desn´t load more than today 10:58 - 12:13.
Deleting and reloading the data gives me the same result.

Hi,
Thank you for your response. However I haven´t found solution to my problem.
It seems to me, that it is something with the internet connection or firewall. It all works on my notebook on mobile hotspot or at home, but at work the historical data doesn´t load. We have set firewall to open ports, that I have found to be relevant, but still no historical data loading.


Ports specially opened on firewall:

10048
10149
10150
11098
11099
22904

Can you tell me, what ports have to be allowed by the firewall to load the historical data? Or do you have any idea what should be the problem?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I guess the problem is rather with our internet connection.

I am now communicating with our internet provider to solve the problem

Hi, problem solved, didn´t help to allow the ports 10150 and 10149, we had to completely turn the office firewall off for my computer. It works now fully.
