Dear Gents,
I would like to ask you for help. I am new into Sierrachart. I have a problem with the intraday data being loaded incompletely in the chart, as seen in the attached screenshot. During replay, numbers bars showing only zeroes some time.

I use Interactive Brokers as trader, I have allowed support for Sierra Chart data feeds. I have service package 5,

I have activated: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts
Market Depth Included:

Could you give me any advice how to get correct graph?
