Hi I've been using 2 instances of SC with IB for a while with no problem, but this morning i notice something doesn't act right. On my first instance, AAPL missing pre-marekt data before 8AM, while my other usual ticker works fine. And on my second instance when i chart a new ticker, intraday previous bars are missing, chart only update from current bar. I tried a different ticker and it has the same problem( I tried CGC which used to work fine, and NIO). I didn't change any settings, and i reconnected to SC data, then switchback to IB data/trade setting service, restarted my computer and still have the same. Please help, thanks!

Hi yes i can fill in the missing data by following the link, but whenever i change my chart to a new ticker, the issue is still unresolved, only load current intraday bar while missing previous bars, which really messes up my trading. I even downloaded to the latest version and it's still the same. Please help.

This issue has been confirmed to be resolved. When you notice this problem, follow the instructions here:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

And go through the above procedure twice. You should get the data both times. There should not be any issue.
