This issue has been confirmed to be resolved. When you notice this problem, follow the instructions here: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
