I have a trial account, if all goes well with the set-up will purchase Package 5. I am having trouble connecting to Rithmic. Rithmic Pro is open and I'm logged in successfully. I followed your instructions: connected Rithmic Trading with Paper Trading Server and Rithmic username and pw. As per your instructions I should now go to File/Connect Data Feed but is greyed out. |

When I go to Find Symbols it shows me only SC Exchange data. For example I need ES and GC, but i tshould get data from Rithmic. I have purchased now 1 month with the Package 5 to make sure it wasn't a problem with the free trial. I've had Earn2trade to set-up data fro mRithmic for me, CME and COMEX, these should work. Rithmic sees everything is set correctly as well. |
