I have a trial account, if all goes well with the set-up will purchase Package 5. I am having trouble connecting to Rithmic. Rithmic Pro is open and I'm logged in successfully. I followed your instructions: connected Rithmic Trading with Paper Trading Server and Rithmic username and pw. As per your instructions I should now go to File/Connect Data Feed but is greyed out. |
