Symbols not updating from SC data

The SQQQ and TQQQ ETF's from Nasdaq are not updating real-time from SC data services. Other ETFs are updating real-time. When I switch to the IB data service provider I get updates in real-time for SQQQ and TQQQ.

The problem is we have switched to the Barchart Open Feed on one of our servers and this symbol is being provided both by the NASDAQ and AMEX feeds. This is what is causing us an issue.

We have worked for the last several two years trying to migrate to Open Feed for US equities but there is always a problem and this is just yet another. So we have to contact Barchart about this.

Is there an ETA for fixing this? Because RT updates do not resume upon reconnecting or manually triggering a download of the historical data. You only get the latest data up to that point, but then charts and quote board are just stuck again for affected symbols.
