The problem is we have switched to the Barchart Open Feed on one of our servers and this symbol is being provided both by the NASDAQ and AMEX feeds. This is what is causing us an issue. We have worked for the last several two years trying to migrate to Open Feed for US equities but there is always a problem and this is just yet another. So we have to contact Barchart about this.
